Issue du "Chaos" de la célèbre formation artistique Martenot, Christine Zima est une artiste peintre doublée d'une formatrice : elle donne des cours d'arts plastiques depuis près de 10 ans à Boulogne-Billancourt. De son travail technique et artistique naissent des paysages et des lieux sous une forme inconnue excessivement graphique. L’histoire de l’illustration est sous-tendue, elle s’en abstrait sincèrement dans l’absence de narration. La palette de couleurs ténue de l’artiste crée un univers puissant non loin du réel tout en créant un appel au rêve.
Christine Zima nous donne à entrevoir, à percevoir, et au final nous offre le plaisir de créer nous-même l'image ultime à partir de ses mystères paysagers.
From the “Chaos” of the famous artistic formation Martenot, Christine Zima is a painter and a trainer: she has been teaching art classes for nearly 10 years in Boulogne-Billancourt. Her technical and artistic work gave birth to landscapes and places in an unknown and excessively graphic form. The history of illustration is underlying; it is sincerely abstract in the absence of narration. The artist’s tenuous color palette creates a powerful universe not far from the real while creating a call to dream.
Christine Zima gives us a glimpse, a sense, and in the end gives us the pleasure of creating ourselves the ultimate image based on her landscape mysteries.
